yah, as you all saw, skyride is being disassembled, they are installing a 2 mile hydraulic thing that shoots you to heaven in about 9 seconds at a speed of 692mph.

Project 2008 will be 975' tall and launch 225 mph in 2.3 seconds. Oh yea, it will be green like that drunk kid said. I guess their starting early.

Project 2008 will be a ride emulating the history of the great Chicago White Sox. It will start with a launch like TTD, then fall just as fast like the 1919 Black Sox. From there, it will stay flat as a pancake until it rises straight up, I reverence to their 2005 World Series Championship, and keep going for their 2006 World Series Championship. How it gets back down to start again, I still haven't figured out. Track pieces will be labeled "Cubs" on several sides, referring to the number of times they've been rolled over by the Sox. Ok I'm done, and I swear I'm only tired, not drunk.

I liked the last two paragraphs in the Cleveland Plain Dealer concerning 2008. Hopefully a great 2007 addition can turn into an even better addition for 2008.
