Giant Wheel Reassembly?

Does anyone know if they have actually started to reassemble the Giant Wheel yet? It was indicated on the last diary entry over on the official site, that assembly will begin around the holidays.

Good question why is this post here? Duh!!! the giant wheel has been reassembled for a year now, and it's next to DT.

Yes, unless you deliberately found this post by using the search option, then it wouldn't have been even close to the front of the message directories.

...Of course, the Giant Wheel is (presumably; I haven't been up there since October) partially dismantled at the moment, with the tubs off...perhaps someone was wondering why, if they started putting it back together last year in December, they haven't started working on it this year in February. That would assume someone not aware that last year the whole thing was taken down and moved...
