There's no need to keep ordering and re-ordering from the website. If you ordered one, you'll get it... EVENTUALLY. However, in my experience, the quickest way to get one is by calling 1-800-BESTFUN and talking to an operator. Don't go through the automated thing, just talk to an operator. It takes about one minute total.
