Getaway Guide

I got my 2001 CP Getaway Guide in the mail yesterday (3/2/01). This has to be the earliest that I have ever received it. Not surprisingly, there is a picture of M.F. on the cover. Anyone else out there get their Getaway Guide yet?

Yeah, I just got mine today. They really emphasized MF. It's in a lot of the pictures. (Halloweekends, marina, rides, cover, inside of cover-you get the idea!)
I also would like to comment on an advertisement for Great Bear Lodge inside of this. I guess CP doesn't think that it will hurt any of their business after all. Well, I wasn't worried anyways since the resorts are usually booked a month ahead of time anyways......

Can't wait till my June trip!!!!!!!

I received my getaway guide last wednesday, then 2 days later I got a "Discover Ohio" packet. The packet included the getaway guide, an Ohio map, and an Ohio visitor's guide and travel planner. Has anyone else received this packet? I'm not sure how I came to be on the mailing list, but I appreciate getting another getaway guide!

I finally got my Getaway Guide last Friday -- ripped up from the post office of course, but at least it arrived. A sad site to see no Fascination on the map!

cpparrothead - I got an "Ohiopass" packet last year - had a whole magazine with a big CP section, but had attractions/hotels from all over the state in it. Pretty nice, I thought!

I got mine yesterday. What I really wanted/needed was the coupons. Man, now only $52 bucks for a 2-day ticket to CP!! Not bad at all, considering that is only a few more dollars than a 1-day ticket to Busch Gardens Tampa.

has anyone else noticed that the cover size has shrunk?

I haven't received my Getaway Guide yet and I am going to CP next week, is there anywhere in or around the park where I can get one?

Hey, I know this one! Just go to the Guest Services office and they will hook you up. FYI, Guest Services is located to immediate right side of the turnstiles at the Main Gate. It shares the space with the CP Resorts reservation office.
