Getaway Guide

I got mine today... the cover was okay, I thought they might have featured maXair instead of Blue Streak though. I think last year's was the best however. I loved the cover of that one, and the picture on pg. 6.

I'd think maXair would get more space than it did with the tiny little picture that doesn't really explain the ride at all. They didn't market it very well last year and if they market Skyhawk and maXair together, some people will think there were two new rides.

i got mine friday.. i live 30 miles from the park so i dont thing distance has anything to do with it

I got mine last week, and I must admit, I love the fact that Blue Streak is on the cover.

I live in Nebraksa and got it but I don't know about farther out.

I think Frank meant how close to the park can you be to get one. They are meant for people a certain distance away from the park. Nebraska is fine, Cleveland or Toledo may be too close.

I got one in the mail yesterday. Got one last year, too. Either the distance requirement is low, or the rule has been changed.

I love the picture on the cover- Blue Streak, Top Thrill Dragster and Power Tower all in action.

I noticed on the map Attraction 27-Tenderfoot Pass. Whassat? Can it be they consider the Millenium Force underpass to be an Attraction? Well if so, I'M GOIN!

Gotta love the Getaway Guide.

Tony is on his baby. He's quite visible.

I don't think distance matters because I live 45 minutes away from Cedar Point. I've received a Getaway Guide for the last 2 years.
