What I'm gathering is, this was not the same day as the dragster incident, which would be Sunday the 7th. But if so, there was supposed debris that flew over by Witches Wheel when dragster malfunctioned.

^That tripped me up at first until I realized the times weren't lining up right for them to be related.

I read a comment on facebook this evening claiming this incident was an employee fall injury. Obviously this can't be considered a credible source but it could be a possibility.
