Gatekeeper running with two trains.

In my past three visits to the park, Gatekeeper has only been operating with two trains. Anybody have any ideas of what may be going on? Maybe their finding a solution to the tight vest problem.

Has there been a sufficient wait (~ >15 minutes) in order to justify a third train? If not then it's cheaper from a maintenance stand point for the park to run less trains.
