Gatekeeper Lit up

what do you guys think so far of the lights on Gatekeeper

I think they look awesome

If those standard looking lift lights are impressive to you, just imagine what the trains and the towers are going to look like at night. You might lose your mind! :)

I have yet to see them. Do they show up on the webcam?

Yes the Gatekeeper lift-hill lights can be seen on the Cedar Point webcams.

Those lights are more to light the stairway in case of a walkdown at night or something. I think the final lighting package will be quite a bit more impressive. Not even sure if these lights that we're seeing now will be on at all when it's all said and done.

not saying it awesome it just look good to finaly see some lights on the ride

The key hole towers are suppose to have a lighting packing similar to Millennium Force's. I can't wait to see how that will look. The whole coaster will look gorgeous at night with that and the lights on the trains.

Really? That does sound good. Can't wait to see it when I'm exiting after a long day of rides at America's Rockin' Roller Coast.

If you look at the webcam now the entire layout is lit up except for the keyholes. What do you guys think?

Not sure yet. I like it, but I think it might be a little distracting from the train lights.

That is a VERY impressive front gate statement!

I won't pass judgement until I see it in person. A webcam doesn't give it justice.

But it does look good, even on a webcam.

I feel like it might blind me when I'm riding at night.

I can email you a better res pic...photobucket really lowers the quality. Not like the webcam is HD anyway.

THEY KEYHOLES ARE LIT UP!!!!!!

Yea I noticed that, I wonder if they will have different colors like MF and Power Tower or stay blue.
Looks nice though.
