Gallery Picture: "Do You Know This Guy?"

Just browsing around the GTTP picture gallery, when I saw a picture under "Millenium Force" that said "Do you know this guy?" I was just wondering, who is the guy we're supposed to know? I have no guesses.

Yeah, how sweet was that morning of Halloweekends. :) Walking over to eat breakfast, we see him walking into the park. Jo says "Hi, Mr. Kinzel," to which he replies "HEY!!! How are you?!? Working weekends again this year?" He then looks at me and says something about how she's one of the most energetic, excited people working there in October.
