FX Overall

I still don't know what all of the FX are on this thing. I know about the sound, and first I have a question about that. Is that noise that kind of sounds like something turning off or breaking down part of the hydraulics or sound FX. It sounds really awesome, but I'm not sure what it is.

Also, yesterday, the light tree thing right at the launch didn't work, even though it was up. There was also no smoke effects, which dissapointed me. Anyways, what other FX are there besides those I already said?

The only thing I can answer for sure, is the sounds you were hearing are those of engines 'putting' and revving up, like those at the start line of a dragstrip.

If you mean "effects" it would just be a lot easier to say it ;)

The sound I'm describing isn't the revving up thing. It sounds really cool. It sounds like something from Star Trek when the ship would completely shut down and would make that weird noise. It's hard to describe, but it sounds really cool.

The sound is right before the Dragster takes off. I believe it's the engine or whatever launching the train. It reminds me of in Star Wars when the Death Star powers up it's main cannon to fire.

i don't think its the engine that launches the train... i think its another sound effect noise, because you can only here the "actual engine" down by the hydrallic room building and that sound is a very fast zipping noise.

Those little wheels the cable rides on are spinning so fast it's unreal!

The "siren noise" by the hydraulic building is actually caused by the friction of the individual strands in the cable running across the guide wheels just before the building.
