Future of Frontier Trail/Frontiertown?

With all of the "intrustions" that have been made into the area of Frontiertown over the past 15-20 years there have been big modifications to that area of the park. The loss of the Frontier Lift, moving of the Giant Wheel, changes to the paddle boat ride, and changes to Frontier Trail this year just to name a few things. Looking down the road let's say 10-20 years from now, will the Frontier Trail and Frontiertown still be in place or will Cedar Point eventually do away with those themes in favor of new rides, attractions, etc.?
I hope CP doesn't get rid of the trees. CP is quickly losing it's shade. I was a little upset that they didn't keep more trees when they put in Power Tower. I like Frontier Town mostly for it's shade. Let's face it, an entire park with the sun of the midway on a hot day would be unbearable.
...reference Michigan's Adventure, Americana, Lakemont Park for examples of parks without shade :(

Dave's got it right. If you really want to bake in the sun, go to MA on a sunny August day. Sometimes I think that MA let CCI mill the lumber for ZZ and ST from the then abundant pines of MA :)

I do like The trail but sooner or Later it going to be gone. Its the only real themed area Cedar Point has managed to keep up with. Unfortunatly if they keep taking trees down it will be gone. Out with the old in with the new.
