Instead of inverted how about a SitDown B&M. There's too many B&M inverts out there. Also an Impulse with much more than two spikes would be cool. Like it goes in to a top hat back down through some more LIMs straight up into a twist, then go back through the tophat, through the station, through a heartline, then a 115 degree spike with a 180 twist, then back to the heartline and stop on the station. I have a big imagination.

Just about any ride would be ok except a clone of Busch's Rhino Rally. It's really booooooring AND has an hour wait.

So after 2007's coaster gets put in what do you think is next do you think that it is going to be a non-intamin... I sure hope so as it seems that bigger people can not fit. I am hoping that if project 2007 is not the length breaking coaster that I hope it to be that Project 2009 is the one that is a length breaker .....
I think CP likes Intamin. Don't count on seeing something for "the bigger people" just because a small amount of their yearly attendance doesn't fit.
They're going to go with whatever the general "crowd-pleaser" is, and Intamin seems to deliver that.
In all honesty, I see the next coaster being some sort of wooden/hybrid coaster. Voyage, Hades and Toro have garnered a lot of attention and praise lately, and has shown that a wooden coaster can be just as much a crowd pleaser as anything else. As for where to put one, there's plenty of space under that big ol' building in the front of the park.

I wouldn't mind a prefabricated wooden coaster from IAG at all. :)
They keep saying they're looking at them and wanted to see how they perform, and El Toro seems to be performing pretty well.
A new woodie is definitely high on the wish list, up front on the beach would be an ideal setting. The only way I see another invert going in would be something like PKD's Volcano, seeing as they already have a "typical layout" type looping invert and an impulse. I'd love to see an S&S air powered launch similar to Powder Keg at SDC. I don't understand the knocking of B&M's flyers. Yes, they aren't very intense, and they haven't done much with inversion variety, but the flying sensation is AWESOME! Cedar Point also needs some more flat rides that go upside-down. Right now all they have is Witches' Wheel and Chaos. An S&S SkySwatter or Huss TopSpin would be neat.
I say a Flyer should be the next logical choice for cedar point. After giving us intamin after intamin I would appreciate a b@m behemoth flyer...
From my understanding, capacity is an issue with flyers, as is mechanical complexity. CP has had a plenty of issues with reliability and capacity with its most recent attractions, and could really use something that moves people through the queues quickly.

Yeah. And getting stuck on a B&M flyer in flying position for a half an hour or more is the most unpleasant feeling I have ever experienced. I have absolutely zero desire to have that happen to me again.
