What is the funniest thing you have ever heard somebody say at CP? For me, it was in June. I was walking to Ocean Motion, past the games near DT. There was a kid about 13 who was talking to someone into one of those little radio things. This is all I heard him say, "Yeah, we're right beside 12 E." I turned to my friend and said "Did he just say what I think he said?" and started to laugh really hard. Everytime I walk that way I can't help but think of that, 12 E. It still cracks me up.
One of the best things was on Ocean Motion, the ride op with the speaker said it. "Welcome to Ocean Motion, we are going to flip you upside-down not 1, not 2, not 3, but a record breaking 0 times!" Me and my friend just looked at each other and cracked up after he said that.

MF Laps-14
I heard that Space Spiral was a freefall ride that spun around really fast as it fell!
Was at CP on Wednesday and was standing in line for MF. They were doing their routine car check (take one of, check it out, put it back one, take another off.) A girl of about 13 in line behind us saw them take a car off and said, "they're taking the car off because someone puked in it."
The funniest thing anyone said to me this summer was..."I bet you make good money here, huh?"

Gemini ATL 2000
Nine positions in four and a half hours while still keepin' both sides happy!
Well, I had a WAAAAAAASSSSSSUUUUPPPPPP-ing contest with people on those radios. I had at least 5 people.
A few years ago, my brothers and I had a conversation with some 25 year-olds about the price of on-ride photos. The one guy was really funny because he was cussing about how they try to rip you off by giving you .99 instead of 1.99. He said, "I got a photo at Mean Streak, and they gave me .99. I said to the guy, "where's my other dollar"", he was so funny that most of the stuff he said can't be posted on this forum.
Brain said: "I was at Six Flags Ohio (never going back again!)"
Propers for the Fleetwood Mac reference.

How dare you vanquish the Steel Phantom without his consent? Fear the Phantom's Revenge.
Last Tuesday while in line for MF a woman was watching Banshee-oops-Mantis and asked
"is that better than King Cobra?"
HELLO??? You have GOT to be kidding!!

Welcome back Raptor riders-how was your flight??
I heard this 14-15 year old guy say that Magnum is nothing like Millennium Falcon!!
-------------
:)
The best one I heard was when we were riding Millennium Force. The ride op said the usual spiel and then followd it by at this time push up on your lap bars and unbuckle your safety belt. If you are having trouble please try harder.
It wasn't at Cedar Point it self but it was on this site. I can't remember who said it but "they" were in line for Millennium Force and told someone next to them that they had been on Millennium Force 54? times. And the guy next to "them" said so do you like it! LOL...

201.3 Miles to the Point from Owosso MI
I was sitting next to a little kid on Gemini who said "this is my favorite wooden coaster"
Ummmm, in line for Mantis, a woman tapped me on the shoulder, pointed to the train going through the corkscrew, and asked, "Am I in line for this ride?" When I said yes she immediatly left the line.
People behind me who see the sign in front of Raptor that says "1 1/4 hour wait" get in line, and [NAUGHTY WORD!] the whole time about how long it is.
Magnum is sinking-it's an absolute classic
One time, as I was scanning my ticket as I just got to the park,at the regular gate, and a woman asked the ticket employee "Where is Demon Drop"
While in line for Snake River, a woman asked "Do you think I will get 'sprinkled' on this ride"
Nobody has said this, but I love when you are in line for PT, and there are three or four people just gazing at the sign, deciding which towers to take.
I once heard an older woman say the when Magnum debuted in 1995, people complained about how it wasn't tall or fast enoungh, so that's why they built Millenium Force, and for next year, there making a taller one that MF in the space where Magnum is after they tear it down! I just said to myself, that's too much to correct! LET IT GO!

Built from 1.7 million board feet of southern yellow pine, it's the MEAN STREAK!
I was on a MF train and when arriving in the exit station the op said "Please push down on your yellow lap bar" When some riders did he then said "HA HA I can't believe some of you were that stupid. That hurt" Or when arriving back at that same station the op said "Please exit to you left" Of course I went right. And I did see a few people go left and stand there scratching their head.
And the time when another train arrived at the same station and a girl in the front seat had her shirt laces broken from the speed. She was holding her shirt up the whole time, and the only comment from the ride op was "Hmmm...Interesting"
Or perhaps the time a sweet looking girl asked me if she could flash the magnum on ride camera, and I said "No they will edit it out but you can flash me" I know this isn't a site for making families but a family site.

Hey, Mean Streak that sounds like the same lady who said that the Demon Drop was built in 92 and no one liked it so they built Power Tower in 97. (credit this to a poster here, I didn't actually hear the lady.)

I was getting off of MF and some guy next to me says, “If you think that was good, you should ride Goliath at Magic Mountain. It’s higher, faster, and even goes upside down!” I didn’t bother to correct him, wasn’t worth it.
I've heard so many things I can't mention them all..
My favorite was A guy at SFO Sunday who told me that Magnum was gone and replaced by Millennium Mayhem (yes mayhem..not force!!) and there was no correcting him!! I just shook my head and said "oh yeah" I hadn't heard that!! :)

mf laps = 60
10 years ago I heard all the time that the block brake for corkscrew was at the top of the loop and they would stop the train there if it started raining so the ride didn't crash...not hearing that anymore though.
The dusk-ride on the Force brought Nick and I requesting Safety Dance one last time. The dj announced it by saying
"Once again, the two retards are back and they requested that song again...SAFETY DANCE!"
It wasn't really funny too us, because we are funny but it was cool.
