This is kind of pointless, but I was just looking at Cedar Point's website throughout the years, and I noticed this webcam pic, I thought it was pretty funny: http://web.archive.org/web/20011212163449rn_1/www.cedarpoint.com:80/public/inside_park/webcam/powertower.cfm
That is strange, it looks like a night stand in a hotel. Also How did you find that old cedarpoint website?

It's called the Wayback Machine, you can look at any site from a wide selection of dates, all the back to it's origin. http://www.archive.org/web/web.php. Check out what CP's site looked like in 1996, if you didn't actually look at it in 1996 lol.
Wow, look at how amature the CP site looks back in 1996. Like something from Geocities or something.
Go to Park cam index. There are pictures of dragster from 2004 when the cam was on breakers.
Yeah new year, and finally got my license, well back in august. Im in need of a trip to the park.
I also found a picture from when a cam was on Power Tower pointed at TTD, I had forgotten about that.

Pretty much all web sites looked like that in 1996.
Yeah, considering at best we had 28.8 modems back then. I had a 14.4. Ugh. The dark ages. Most people still didn't know what the Internet was back in 1996.

It's amazing how much the internet has changed and really took over in the past decade.

My god, the Knott's site was better, even though it was under construction in 1996

This is a really cool site!
The Six Flags 1996 website is not that great either.
