Fun Times on White Water Landing

WWL is perhaps the best water ride I have ever been on. I love to talk to the ride operators up top too. Does anybody else like to ride it over and over again?

I have a ton of fun on the ride as well. I always make sure that I go on it at least once everytime I go to CP. Its good fun!

Right before you drop, theres a op standing above you and I always act like I am really scared and want to get off, then when I drop, I scream like a Banshee(or Mantis) and then act like Im totally out of it! Good fun at CP! :-)

I loved it when I first took my daughter to Cp and she seen WWL and wanted to stand where you could get a "little wet", in her words that was. I tried to tell her she would get soaked and she thought she knew more than me, well needless to say she got drenched!! You should of seen the look on her face, her eyes were so big! If I can ever find the picture we took of it, Ill post it if anyone is intrested, it was too funny!

You know what they say: The best love is love at Cedar Point. One of these days we'll have to start a thread revolving around romantic stories out on the peninsula...(Ok, time to get your heads out of the gutter now.)

White Water landing is a GREAT water ride, though: one of my absolute favorites. And of course, my mother, when we still ride together every-so-often, still gives a good "hello" and "Oh, how did you get me on this thing?!?" to the ride op up there.

If only my friends weren't afraid of getting wet, I could get more people in the boat and actually get really wet for once---no the cave doesn't count. :P

Darla, I'm not sure, but I think that you are referring to Snake River Falls. That is the ride with the bridge that you can stand on and get soaked. I don't know of any place where you can stand and get soaked on White Water Landing.

Thank you Natas, you are right, I was thinking of the one at six flags in Maryland, I go to alot of parks, and seldom ride the water rides and I get confused of the names of certain rides and different parks. (when it comes to smaller rides and water rides, now coasters I got them straight) Thanks for correcting me :)
