Full capacity on Holloweekends?

I am heading to the park on the closing weekend and am getting kind of nervous because of the record breaking crowds. I am sure that Cedar point did not expect this and was not operating at full capacity. (Ex- only one the blue side running on Gemeni ect.) Now that there have been HUGE crowds two weekes in a row and possibly a third week, does anyone think that Cedar Point might consider running all if not some rides at full capacity. This is probally just wishful thinking on my part but, I do hope that they will operate at a higher capacity than usual for Holloweekends.

There are probaly a few factors that may not be able to do this and one of them is a personel shortage. Because that Cedar Point never expected to run at full capacity, they didn't keep enough employees to run the rides at a higher capacity than usual. This alone may keep Cedar Point from doing this.

I just want to see what you guys have to say about what I think.

Thanks,
MIKE

It's not that they didn't keep the employees...it's that the employees didn't extend their contracts for that long. Generally HalloWeekends have much smaller crowds because it's usually much colder out. Since the past few weekends have been nice and warm out, the crowds have been bigger. Plain and simple...the weather has a major influence on numbers at the gates. Now, closing weekend (not so much Friday) is generally busy anyway since it is the last time people can visit the park for several months.
