front of the line passes?

When I went to coastermania TTD was not running and they handed out front of the line passes for the next time you were at CP. I won't beable to go back to CP this year, do you think they will be good next year?

Nope. As is says on the coupon (good anyday of the 2003 operating season only).

I had a hard enough time using my pass from coastermania because is was ripped in two pieces, but both pieces had the same number on them.

jwhoogs, if you're not going back I'd be more than happy to try to work out some sort of deal with you for that pass. I know it's sort of like begging, but it doesn't hurt to try!!
I would put it on ebay.. but I would be glad to buy it from you..

Now why do you have to go and put evil thoughts in his head like that. Personally, I would rather see it go to an enthusiast of the ride and CP rather than the highest bidder. It would be even better if the pass went to, lets say, a person in the Navy who's stationed in Wash DC and can't get to the park very often (because he's serving this great nation, *nudge*), but has one last trip planned in late Aug. But that's just my opinion....

That's smooooth Snoogans, real smooth. ;)

Hush, you guys are ruining it for me. Alright, that's all the time I have to spend on this. I've got to get back to matters of national security. ;-)
i'll be glad to take it off your hands, i'm coming from Canada on August 3 would be glad to shave a couple hours off of the line time
Personally I think the pass should go to a kid who has never been to Cedar Point before in his life and has a limited amount of time to ride the coasters, yet is an extreme coaster enthusiast and may not get to go back to Cedar Point for quite a few years due to the fact that it's a 7 hour drive and has parents who aren't too keen on roller coasters, or waiting in long lines, and may not get to go on some of the biggies like like MF because of this. *cough* ME *cough*

Or you could just give it to a friend you have that's going there but that wouldn't be fun now would it;)

Wow, look at everyone beg for a front of the line pass, you all shoud be ashamed of yourselves! Trying to outbeg one another! jwhoogs, you should give it to someone who has never been on the ride, and won't get to go to the park that many times. Don't give it to someone within driving distance like me or any other resident of the area. I think they guy in the navy should get it.

Arms down.....Arms down.....Arms down.......Arms down.....Arms down....Arms down...(you think they would get it the first time?!)

TTD-8 Rollbacks-1

Just to make you guys drool, I have 6 of them!

Without upstops, airtime would have a whole new meaning!

I fit all the descriptions, i live 8 hours away, in another country, just got over huge SARS crisis(Toronto), will probably not get there for a few years after my trip, have to spend more money then i should because of the stupid canadian exchange rate....
On a side note about front of the line passes, One day I was in a line outside of dragster to see if it would reopen for the night (it had be closed down a good deal of it). It ended up closing however, and since there were still people in the queue (it had been closed off to everyone else, only about 50 or so people remained in there), they got the passes. It was actually surprising to see how many of those people would just give up those passes to any little kid who asked for one. It was like they didn't even care that they wasted 5 or 6 hours in line (I awasn't asking for em, I simply observed multiple people who had also wasted 3 hours in the line with me, who also got no ride pass, doing it.).
Mox, That just shows how generous some people are.

I say the Navy Guy. I think the military discount is great, and along with that, a special perk like a front-of-the-line pass would be great.

These guys and gals deserve it.

Yeah...either that or it shows that the people who gave them away were from far away and wouldn't be able to use them, or were just way to ticked to even think about that ride anymore, having waited sooooo long for nothing. I specifically remember a young teen (it looked like) asking a group of people if he could have some of their passes. Only one guy responded, and I can't remember the quote exactly but I think it went something like this (edited for TV viewing): "You want my *BEEEEEEP* ride passes?!? I waited 6 1/2 *BEEEEEEP* hours for these *BEEEEEEEEEEP BEEEEEEP* ride passes. Don't ask me for my *BEEEEEEP* ride passes..." After that i couldn't understand him anymore but I think he continued talking and yelling as he walked away (of course this guy didn't actually give em away, but a lot of the people were just saying "fine take the **** things").

I wouldn't mind getting a few of those passes.

Although, parent swap does work out very well

Hey.......I'm a Navy guy too.....what about me?

I already used mine for the year.....I still have a FOL pass for any other ride too. Hook snoogans up.....he's all the way out in DC. If you can pry him off of Superman:ROS.
