Front of Line Tour - VIP Experience

Has anyone done the Front of Line Tour VIP Experience? I have a few questions about it as the information on the website is limited.

  • Can you ride something more than one time in the given time frame (11:00- 8:00)?
  • If you have a season pass, is there any chance they would give you a price break?
  • How many rides were you able to get in during the time frame?
  • Would you do it again if you had the chance?

We are bringing a few friends to the park and it is very unlikely they will ever go again. I’m thinking of this option to make their day extra special and keep it a surprise until we get there.

Thank you!

I had the pleasure of going on a VIP Tour some years ago, granted it was for a shortened duration.

  • Yes you can ride the same ride multiple times, though I think they discourage you from getting immediately back on a ride you just disembarked
  • I don't think there are any discounts for passholders, but could ask the park
  • Your biggest limitation on rides is just walking between the rides. As described, your guide walks you up the exit and you immediately board the attraction
  • If I wanted to truly maximize a day and were willing to spend the money for that, absolutely

Are your friends only going for a single day? If so the VIP tour seems like a good option. Though I always tell people that CP is truly a multi-day destination. That gives time to do the rides at a more leisurely pace rather than just hammering them back-to-back in a single day. And also time to enjoy meals, maybe a fruity drink on the beach, and possibly see some other entertainment.

Hopefully this is a multi-day stay during which you'll spring for VIP one of the days? Because, as a wise poet once said, "you can plan a pretty picnic, but you can't predict the weather".

Does the $500 come with armed security escorts as well? Like the video below:

You can add those on if you want to pay for them but they are not included. Most parks offer security with your VIP tour at an added cost per officer.

A so-called King must really feel safe with a uniformed onpointTony on the detail!

Or…. As the chief PR guy he’s obligated to attend and accompany celebrities when they show up, making sure nothing is amiss. The last thing the park wants is to have someone famous say they were mistreated or not treated special enough. Especially when it’s Lebron, who in addition to being a polarizing figure drawing a crowd wherever he goes, also holds a special place of importance with Cedar Point. I know you were being funny, but that uniform looks like Tony’s every day shirt, tie, and walkie. My guess is he could’ve thought of 1000 better things to do that day.

Indeed, I know you're right. I hope MichelleB and friends have a nice visit to CP.

This is out of nothing but love for Tony, but there are some serious Paul Blart vibes in that Lebron photo above.

The Kinzel era uniform.

We will be at the park for a few days, so we will have time for the beach, shows, and just enjoy the atmosphere.
