Fri Sept 14th: Is the Breakers TGI Fridays Open?

Well the topic title says it all but, does anyone know if TGI Fridays at Breakers is open on Halloweekends Fridays and if so when does it open. Finally, if it isn't, is the Castaway Fridays open that day?

I would think they would have to be. The hotel is open & people (myself included) would be upset if they didn't have the hotel restaurants open to be able to eat.

I want to say that it isn't, but I'm not 100% sure. I seem to recall reading something about it being closed on Friday nights. I know that on Sundays they close a little after lunch or breakfast. But, either way, the one at Castaway Bay will be open. It's open year-round.

I stayed at Breakers with my family in September a few years ago, and had chosen Breakers half for the restaurants. Consider our surprise when we found that after Labor Day, TGI Fridays was the ONLY restaurant on-site that was open. Fridays food is okay, but once a day gets a little old. Taught us to make sure we know what will be open BEFORE we make the reservations.

TGIF, closed on Fridays should be renamed TGINF (TGI not Friday's) (he he) - Why am I not surprised at DBCP's post - probably true!
