Freeway on Dragster

I haven't been to CP since they've implemented the whole Freeway thing, but I'm aware of how it works. My questions are- A. Did they use Freeway on TTD this past weekend, and B. if they did, how long did it take to sell out?

They didn't have it in use.

As far as I'm aware they didn't hand out freeway stamps for Top Thrill Dragster.

I was wondering where the Freeway entrance is. Anybody?

The lady at the Magnum entrance told us Freeway will be up and ready starting Friday.

As far as I know, Freeway was used everywhere except fot TTD. While this may have upset some people, I can understand why the park didn't offer it and might not at least until they are more comfortable with the ride and it'd running somewhere near full capacity.

At 10% of Sunday's capacity, there would have probably been at most 30-40 freeway stamps given per hour. If they gave 10% of 1500 pph, the regular line would have almost never moved. Add to this, the fact that they were probably expecting some downtime (maybe even more than they ended up having) and people with Freeway stamps would have been showing up to find the ride closed and that would have been bad.

Whether or not they intend to implement Freeway on TTD, they do have a Freeway cart over there. It is right next to the lockers by the queue entrance. I did wonder whether they would do it on opening day. It would have upset me to think that as a JCC'er, someone could have gotten in the park when it actually opened, Freeway'ed it and have ridden TTD before me.

yeah, that would've sucked. i hope they have Freeway for Top Thrill Dragster on Friday, as i will be making a return trip...
