Forum improvements: Avatars, PM flow

Avatars are back. Click my account then manage photos.

Private message work flow makes more sense now in terms of replying and being returned to the original message, so you can delete it if you want. You can also just start typing in the box to get a drop down or users to PM.

Is it safe to assume the photos and avatars from the previous version are long gone, meaning we have to re-upload our images?

I've noticed Jeff, then Walt, now John (Juggalotus) all have some strange avatars that resemble eachother. What is it?

Actually those avatars look like the text of Planet Snoopy blown up and the earth part painted away. Just look at Jeff's sure looks like part of an O or P.
