Forum enhancement: Moderation/edit log

This isn't so much an enhancement for you, but more for us. Since launching this version, it has logged edits and moderation events, with the idea that moderators would be able to see it.

So now we can. The reasons for this are not as scary and big brother as they sound. The idea is more that we can answer questions better when something happened, like another moderator did something we can't explain. I suppose it's good for calling out B.S. when someone edits their post as well, but we'll try to avoid that. ;)

That is, by the way, why there's a place for optional comments when you edit a post. That data is saved and we can see it.
