Fonts?

I am looking for fonts from the rides. I have been able to find the fonts for Blue Streak and Gemini, Does anyone know of any other fonts from the coasters?

Thanks,

JRY
I would guess that they are all custom designes. If you are good with Illustrator, you could use a GIF of the logo and re-draw it. You might be able to find a font that is close enough and strech/compress it to get more exact.

where can you get the ones for Gemini and Blue Streak?

CP Rocks!
In Microsoft Word, there is a font called "Magneto" that is very similar to Blue Streak, and "Westminster" is Gemini.

These fonts come with MS Office? What version?

A bad day at CP is better than a good day at work.
I have Westminster but not Magneto. Oh well

If you go to a larger computer software store and look around, you will most likely find plenty of reasonably priced CD's with literally one thousand or more fonts on them for maybe $20. I have one that was $10 and it has 1,500 fonts. I have not looked through them to see if one would work for what you wanted, but I am sure there would be something close enough on any CD with that many fonts.

Lots of free fonts on the 'Web. You can get started by using your browser's Search feature.
A huge number of these fonts are FREE, and legally-available to anyone. (Copyright Quirk: A font name can be copyrighted, but a font style cannot.)

Some font sites feature amatuer designers, or those starting a font business, who want to get exposure through the use of their designs. Others
are commercial sites, featuring free fonts as a "door-opener" (but they truly are free).

You may find yourself doing a lot of looking, but there is a good chance you will find either exactly what you need, or a reasonable facsimilie.

To get started, try these sites:

Larabie Fonts
http://www.larabiefonts.com

Chank Fonts
http://www.chank.com

Blue Vinyl Fonts
http://www.reflectdesign.com/bvfonts/index2.html
(This one is a commercial site, but there is a free font section.)

Many of these sites have links to even more freeware (and shareware) fonts.

I don't think I've actually paid for a font in three years---and I'm a font geek, with over 3,500 designs. (Not all on the hard drive, of course.) While checking for viruses is always a good idea when downloading from the WWW, I've yet to encounter a problem.

Good Hunting!

My experience has been the opposite. Free fonts are good for some of my projects, but professional fonts offer a quality that can't always be found on any of those "1,001" sites. There are exceptions, though.
