Flaw in artist's rendering.

Look at this picture and as yourself, should Wicked Twister really be in front of Disaster Transport if DT is in the park and WT is supposed to be on the sand outside the park?  I think it's an error in the rendering by the artist who drew and painted it.  What does everyone else think?

Are you talking about the fact that the Stadium Games building is in the painting....that was taken out, right? Is that what you were talking about?

It's no flaw.  Given the angle of the artist rendering, it would be correct.  There is a portion of DT that extends out over the beach.  You can see in this photo:
