And Jeff, isn't Davis-Besse shut down because of corrosion of the safety plate (something like that). I was sure I read it was because the maintenance people didn't realize they had to clean it. But, then again...we aren't supposed to believe everything we read...

I have a friend who is currently working up at David Bessie doing some of their computer work, and he says, well with the info he's able to tell me, he says that they've only shut the reactors down a few times and it's usually for a day or two. That in actuallity it is still running and producing power for the people who mainly receive power from the plant. Thre really isn't anything to be alarmed about with David Bessie. I guess you can say the plant has been shut down and resarted several times.

However wasn't there a problem at the Perry Nuclear Plant a few months back?
