i have one more question, can you stay in line for a ride after 10 when it closes? And what time do the lines for the coasters close? thanks
Anyone who is already in line when the park closes at a given time is allowed to remain in that line.
The rides' lines entrances close when the park closes. that means after closing time, you are not allowed to get in line after that time.
but the people already waiting can still wait.
welcome to point buzz :)
Lines close approximately eight minutes after closing time (10:08pm). Once you're in line, you will ride unless something happens, like weather or a mechanical failure.

I think you're okay if you are in line after close and it rains. Two seasons ago I got into MF line and it started raining at 11:30 (park closed at 11) and didn't stop until 12:30am but was still allowed to ride.
As long as you're in line before the official park closing, you're guaranteed. Got my only roll back after it's closed...
Just remember, if you want to order pizza, take that into consideration!
If you are in line for a haunted house and the park closes can you still walk through? Always wondered that...

Yep. The houses operate on the same principle the rides do. Although usually by closing time there's not much of a line at the houses anyway.
And then one day you find ten years have got behind you
No one told you when to run, you missed the starting gun

I was there with my son and one of his friends on Friday night. My son was on the last train of the nite for Dragster which rolled back. At one point, he thought they were going to launch again, then it wasn't clear and then ride ops came out and told them they wouldn't be launching again. At that point, they walked the group over for a lap on MF. My son's friend (who wasn't on the Dragster train that rolled back) joined the group. I was surprised that they did that. I could have seen them saying that they were not going to launch again and the park was closed. By the time they met me at the main gate, the park was pretty much deserted.
ME AND MY 2 FRIENDS WERE ON THAT TRAIN TOO! We got off of work early and decided to go riding and stayed to ride on the last train of the night. Usually management will come to the ride that is broken down (in this case TTD) and call another big ride (in this case MF) and tell them to wait for a group of people, because TTD just had a loaded shut down. When it comes to being on a down loaded mechanical ride for a certain amount of time, CP is good with handling guest satisfaction
