I was at CP on Mon & Tue of this month (16th, 17th). It blew my mind that I saw two people have to be taken out of line on a strectcher! The first was when I was in line for the Raptor, which halted the line for about 20mins. The second time was in line for TTD which halted the line for about 30mins. I never seen this before, especially since it was a nice day only 80 degrees P/C. And also saw two kids throw up, first was when some little girl threw up all over the place right in front of TTD concession stand & second was a kid in line for the MF. What really blew my mind was that, nobody, guests or CP employees were in a real hurry to take care of any of these situations. The passing out is a CP problem, but if you throw up somewhere, its a guest responsibility to take care of it. Some people have no home training.....
Alright fatdude17 I gotta ask. Did you do anything to help or just sit back and do nothing like the other guest and CP employees your complaining about?

I really don't know what you want the employees to do. If someone passed out in line, they will not know. Someone needs to go get them and they will handle it. They have to call for the mini ambulance and that is all they can do. What do you want the ride hosts to do, hold their hand and tell them it is going to be okay? I have witnessed people passing out before and I really thought the ride hosts and employees handled it well.

Lets look at this way, how many guest are in the park? How many ride ops are at a ride? what are the ride ops main responsibity? What are the guest responsibilty? Also if your not part of the solution your part of the problem.

If a guest passes out in line, then it is the guest's responsibility to find someone in uniform and have them take care of it.
If you yak in line, then you should be polite enough to find someone in uniform and have them figure it out.

Chances are they were standing with locked knees and passed out because of it. Not uncommon at all. The ride ops and general crew are not paramedics, and it's not a strangers responsibility to care for someone who can't stand or walk slowly for a maximum of 2 hours (general busy day ride wait). Passing out is not a CP problem, it is an individual problem. Cedar point has added fans and mist machines over the years, and they are not required to.
If little kids are ralphing, why would it be an employees job to care for them? What ever happened to parenting? If you're at a friends house and you yak, do you just walk away from it and not tell anyone? I have a feeling the kid puking in line was drinking an energy drink, or something similar.
If I had a kid and he or she yaked, I certainly wouldn't expect someone else to handle the situation and look after the kid, I'd be a parent and take care of my own. The employees are not mommy and daddy.
80+ coasters and counting
In regards to Illnesses. Cedar Point employees are trained on proper cleanup and sanitation of these situations. Sweeps and ride ops are required to clean up any illnesses in a timely fashion. As a sweep, we will get a call that there is an illness at a location and will likely have it cleaned up a few minutes after we get a call. If you are to see an illness on the midway or in line report it to the first employee you encounter and the message will get to whom ever has to clean it up, otherwise it will just sit there till its found.

^ What he said. How is a guest supposed to properly clean up an illness? You just alert the proper people and they will take care of it because it's their job.

If you have a cell phone with you (and who doesn't anymore) you can always call park ops as well in either situation.
I didn't mean it in regards to a ride operator, because obviously how would they know what's going on. Both pass out incidents were way ahead of me & I didn't know what was going on until I saw the CP police officer walk up(very slowly) someone went & alerted them, but they didn't. Seem very concerned by the way he was moving( very slow, some guy started cursing him out, I didn't think that was right.) The getting sick part, in MF I don't what you could do for that, but right outside the TTD food stand as the one person said it right "parents". All I was saying is that I've never seen two people need medical assistance in one day & never saw two people give'em up like that. I apologize to those I struck a nerve with....
