First Steel Vengeance... now Midway Carousel?

Yep... the same maintenance people who put Steel Vengeance's wheels on backwards have struck again! According to a post on Cedar Point's FB page, the Midway Scare-ousel is now running backwards.

Probably a cover for putting the motor on wrong.

*For those who cannot tell, yes I'm being sarcastic. And yes its for real on the backwards carousel.

I can't even begin to think about how hard it would be to make this happen. Hopefully it's just a phase.

Just a phase, yes, they just reversed the phases on the three phase electric motor. Takes about five minutes to switch the wires.

Not only does the carousel go backward, but the horses go down and up rather than up and down.

If they run it fast enough it would be possible to go back in time.

At least that's what Ray Bradury thought. He had a deep rooted dislike of carousels dating way back to his youth....
