Few questions on Halloweekends

I know that there is no way to predict the number of people going to be visiting the park. In past instances of others going up on the first weekend of HW (18-19) how were the crowds while you were there? Im just wanting to plan ahead is all. The second question I have is since its going to be the first weekend are the screamsters just as good then as they are later in the weeks? I have only been to last years HW so I figured I would ask everyone on here. Thanks

No, most of the screamsters will still be learning what to do. They get to their best around week 3. Do anything you can to go on a Friday night in October. Everything is a walkon. Yes it is only 6 hours that the park is open, but you can manage to do everything you want with no lines.

The first weekend is always rough on the monsters because even the vets are trying to get back into the groove of things. The new folk will be trying out what they've learned and their zones. Sometimes you get lucky and it's great, sometimes it takes the whole weekend for people to get going full speed again.
