Things are really coming together now, control panel and transformers installed, rock walls forming and Trains with decals on them. I haven't felt this excited since the initial announcement!

Oh my God, I am like totally excited!
All my life I've been an obese man trapped inside a fat man's body
Wow - count me in as very excited as well. Testing doesn't feel that far away right now.
EDIT: Noticed how the "Maverick" logo is different on the train? I thought it would be the same. But I guess it really doesn't matter ;)

My adrenaline's getting up for this coaster. :)
Maybe I'm an idiot, but I'm trying to figure out how those harnesses come down over the torso. Do they just slide down, or do they pivot around somehow?
My author website: mgrantroberts.com.
Ensign,
The pictures from the newest update on the CP blog will show the harnesses. ;)
you can clearly see the dreaded seatbelts.....ughhhhhhh. hopefully these are more forgiving than millenniums and dragsters.

Wow, they are really coming along. It seems like just yesterday they announced it.
Ensign, it looks like they come straight down over your head.
Anyone notice the name "Bart" on the side of the train? :)

I think this might confirm our second row theory:

What's there to confirm Craig? It was confirmed the moment I posted it.;)
And raptorTC, the second row of seats on Maverick (as well as most Intamin coasters) are indeed set higher. But they are also set farther apart!

Oh, now that I look at it, they are a little higher. I don't know why I didn't see that before.
But what was the theory??
Sorry for all the questions, I just joined today.

See a while back, when they posted pics of the pullthrough on the Maverick site, I noticed that the second row of seats were farther apart than the first row. Well of course there were some who thought it just might have been an optical illusion....so it was thus called the second row theory...or at least that's what Craig calls it anyway.:)
But all jokes aside, the seats in the second row of every car on every train are both higher and farther apart.
