I enjoy every coaster more in the front seat. On Wicked Twister and Raptor, however, it's essential to sit in the front or you can't see anything. And on Wicked Twister it gives the impression that you're going to fly off the end of the track on that second forward swing... Of course, Millennium Force is incredible in the front since you can't see the track on the first drop. And Top Thrill Dragster is unreal in the front as well... That launch feels 10x more powerful in the front seat, and again, the view on the way down is great. It looks like you're going to smack your head on every support in the 270* twist...
ROUNDABOUND.
On most rides, the front is usally a lot of fun with no one's hands or any cars in your way. The only problem is that riding in front is a time waster. However there are three rides that the front is a must.
Raptor and Mantis: With the 4 across seating, any seat but the front row is heavily obstructed. This can make for an unexpected/hurtful(if on Mantis) ride.
TTD: Anyone who has ridden both can vouch for this. the front is a totally different ride. Especially at night.

I tend to be a back-seater in for the most part, but the front seat on MF is by far my favorite. The first time I rode there involved rain so hard that it left red marks on my face, but cresting that hill and staring straight down at the track is absolutely unbelievable.
Here's my top 5 for the front seat- (Wait time)
1.Top Thrill Dragster 45 mins (not crowed)
2.Millennium Force 2 hours (Packed)
3.Mantis 35 mins (At night)
4.CorkScrew 2 mins (not crowed
5.Mean Streak 15mins (Middle of day)
Quote from a Corkscrew ride op, "And Dragster is down again"
I have ridden in the front of all of Cedar Point's roller coasters and I have three Favorites.
Top Thrill Dragster.............It just gives you an incredible view and the front seat lanuch is sensational.
Wicked Twister..............All launch coasters are better in the front seat in my opinion.
(My all time favorite)Raptor........It is just and incredible view and it feels like you are going faster than you actually are and I always feel like my legs are gonna hit something.

My vote is for raptor and mean streak.
what you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard.
Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it.
I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.
Raptor - Gives the sensation of flying.
Mean Steak - Seems to be less jerky.
Top Thrill Dragster - It's a whole different ride.
Millennium Force - Same as TTD.
Magnum XL-200 - Same as MF and TTD.

2008:Magnum XL-200 | Top Thrill Dragster
2007:Corkscrew | Magnum XL-200 | Maverick
TTD in the front row is awesome. However, Mantis in the front row on either ends of the row is pretty sweet as well.
I like all wooden rides in the front. They just have that feeling that I like in front. But Raptor and MF would also be up there.
Goodbye 2005 season!!!!
Millennium Force. I love the front seat on the force because I feel like I'm flying going down the first hill, second hill, and the airtime hills. It's so much fun, it's incredible. Definately worth the wait. Second car is awesome as well, I feel the same affects as I do up-front.
I've only ridden in the front seat of two rides and they have been mantis and raptor. Raptor was better, but you did not feel the bumby ride of mantis in the front either which was nice. I still prefer the last car on any roller coaster though ;)
Above All The Rest!

I've never rode the back car of a roller coaster, I'll have to try that this season.
We'll miss you MrScott and Pete
