Fast Lane REVIEWS ONLY

I am looking for Fast Lane reviews. After wading through a couple Fast Lane threads that were almost entirely debate looking for reviews, I felt the need to create an account and a thread. No need to post links to these threads, I've looked through them. Though I did find a review or two, that was about it.

My hubby and I planning to go for one day (on a Friday) without our kids. We've only been once in the past 10 years, our kids are short, and we haven't been on any of the newer attractions ever. Our vacation time is severely limited and it is likely we will be paying a babysitter by the hour for when we go. We did take the kids once last year on a Friday, some of the things they could go on were near walk-on, about the longest line we stood in was 15 minutes. Then again, we did nothing that had a height requirement of over 46".

What were the lines like with/without FL? Please mention what day of the week you went. I am a former employee (20 some years ago), and thus I am well aware that Saturday experiences don't jive with any-other-day experiences.

Loved it...I honestly would've paid double. Lines at most for us were 15 minutes. And that was on MF and TTD. All others were walkon. We didn't marathon anything, it really just gave us time to ride everything we wanted to and allowed us to fully enjoy the park. Have fun and enjoy!

That is great to hear! We just returned from a major trip to Disney. I planned and researched it to the nth degree, and became a FastPass master. While Hubby was Jonesing for CP most of the time, he did really appreciate what FastPasses did for us. It will be a long while before we can go back to Disney, but CP is only a 1-1.5 hour drive for us. I'm contemplating Platinum Passes for the family for next year (Wildwater Kingdom is 15 minutes from where I work, we have places to stay within about an hour of King's Island), but right now we just want to make up for some "lost time" from raising kids. They are 49", 48.5", and 47.5" tall now (with normal shoes), so they will be able to go on a lot more next year than last year (twins were just over 46", youngest was about 44"), but they aren't likely to hit the 52" or 54" restrictions, which makes for a lot of jockeying around. So, it could be a couple more years before we can really do any of those parks without swapping kids around, which isn't a ton of fun. They lose on CP this year. ;)

I just checked the website to see what the attractions FL was good for, and it looks like the price has increased another $10. I'm glad to hear you'd pay twice as much! LOL The FL price for two is still less than what we'll end up paying for a babysitter unless I talk a relative into it. ;)

It's awesome and totally worth it. We used it this past Saturday and while it was not so crowded and really only was useful on TTD, STR, MF, and Maverick it was a good way to stay out of the 100 degree temps. On a crowded day though, it is even more worth it I am sure.

Two words: Buy it.
