Falfas Resignation
Heard today that Jack Falfas has resigned... What does that mean to the operations? Who will Dick place into the COO position?

First of all, the COO has nothing to do with operations as we know them.
Second, the COO position was created as a part of the CEO succession plan. So what we now know is that, assuming this is true, the future leadership of the company when Kinzel retires is now in doubt.
That is not necessarily either a bad thing or a good thing. It is merely a "thing".

Typically, I would agree, but we are talking about Jack Falfas. He is/was a big part of the horrible micromanagement problem at Cedar Point. As a former employee, I would definitely not be opposed to seeing him go. I have no respect for the guy.
