I noticed those during my trip in August, then found it quite odd they didn't have the supports for Maverick constructed with them. But, if they're for coins/gum instead of birds, I guess that makes sense. :)

They definitely weren't added at the beginning of the season. Since they weren't there in May of 2005, I'm thinking it must have been sometime in June/July of 2005 when they first appeared.

It must have been sometime between May and August if that second picture was taken in August, because mine was taken in September.

loaded testrides during opening weekend... so many times i really didn't think we were going to make it back! it's amazing the difference between the first loaded testrun when the trains and track are cold and just a few rides later...
and i'm not sure, but i think i remember 82 seconds being 'rollback pace'... although i think one time it took us almost 86 to roll our way into waiting
