Extended Hours This Sunday 10/11

Saturday was pretty crowded. There was actually a large line for all the food stands. The Joe Cool Cafe had a 40minute wait when we walk in for the restroom and Panda Express had a line all the way in the middle of the midway. Wicked Twister had about an hour line, Dragons quque was filled (don't know how long that takes) and DT had a line that wrapped around Space Spiral. But it was still a good day and very good weather.

I didnt get to the park till almost 8pm and it was DEAD. Surprisingly enough it wasnt that cold--I rode MF, Iron Dragon, Wildcat and Raptor all within an hour.

Left park shortly before closing-even for short visit had a great time! :)

It wasnt too cold, I brought my super cold weather gear (parka, flannel line jeans, wool socks) but they ended up staying in the car. That said, Im glad the park closed at 10, I would have needed them for two more hours.

Unlike Kings Island on Thursday, the Haunts were all open during Friday night's rain. :)

Why do they only have 5 Trains on the Top Thrill Dragster?

That's how they normally run TTD. It doesn't run any better with 6 trains than it does with 5.

Actually, doesn't it run worse with 6 as they could never get the blocking to work right with all the trains in motion at the same time?

That is possible. I really don't know. In either case, my original statement is still true.

Corn Stalkers sunday night was a 3 hour wait,coudnt believe it.

I am glad I was there on Sunday! We had a blast and the lines were not long except for Maverick and Millie! I wanted to stay late, but we had school on monday! We have Friday off! Oh well thats life! We are headin down to Kings Island this week and Back to our home park Cedarpoint at least one hopfully two more times before the seasn is done!!!
