Exploring Cedar Point?

I plan on getting my season pass redeemed after school today, and I was wondering if CP would let my parents and I drive around the outside perimeter of the park. I really want to see CP up close because it's been SOOOO long....
Are we legally allowed to drive by Soak City, etc?

Also, am I allowed to go up to the main gate and look into the park through those shutter things? (I don't want security to yell at me). ;)

I'm not sure there is a law on that, but technically, I would think you can't. Though from reading different posts here, others seem to have done it.

That doesn't mean that you were allowed to do it - just that you didn't get caught. With all the activity going on over there, I'm sure you would blend right in. But if questioned, I'm also sure they would ask you to leave.
