Anybody notice that on average at least two people per train stupidly exit to the left when the ops say "exit to your right please?"
Any reasons for this?

My guess is habit. You get in on one side, get out on the other. I think people just get so used to getting in first, getting out first that they don't pay attention.

And notice that there is a platform on the left-hand side.
The park could, of course, fix that problem with Millennium Force by making a fairly simple modification to the trains. To see what I mean, take a ride on Woodstock Express and see what's different about the right-hand side of the train.

Also, since many people have trouble with the safety belts, they easily get flustered and don't think about exiting on the right side, but getting out of the train altogether.
I think you just nailed it on the head what I did on my first ride last year......
But oh well, I caught myself and turned around and haven't done it since!

we have at least a hundred guests on the average per day that exit to the left hand side of the train. you think it drives you crazy (just remember we have to keep saying it over and over again) Don't worry last year on my other ride people would try to exit back into the guests who were trying to get on.....brain cells sometimes get checked at the gate.

Sounds like a good re-ride strategy if no one sees you! :)

They better not exit to their left for the last ride of the night! Nothing but a set of Intamin magnetic brakes to break your fall.
