Ever been to Worlds of Fun or Oceans of Fun??
Well I live in Missouri and about an hour and fifteen Minutes from Worlds of Fun and Oceans of Fun. I was just wondering if anyone has been to either of these parks, theses are the parks where i grew up, and only learned of Cedar Point after my sister took a trip there in summer of 2001. Then my sister and I decided to move up to Ohio to try out this great Cedar Point. I loved it!!!! So if anyones came to my part of the country I would love to know!

Wicked Twister Crew 2002
Yeah, I've been there. I like about 2 1/2 hours away from there. So it really doesn't take long to get there. I also have grown up on the park. This year I wanted to visit another Cedar Fair park so I went to Cedar Point. Which was awesome. Next year I'm going to Dorney Park. Does anyone know if it's any good? I'm excited to ride Talon though!

hey brett where do you live, and thats crazy that you visited Cedar Point b/c i worked there this year, thats just weird, you might have been one of those very few people that i talked to that was from down this way.

Wicked Twister Crew 2002
I went there for the first time this year while out visiting family. It's a nice little park and I think Mamba is the best of the trio of Cedar Fair Morgan hypers. I also liked Timberwolf, but they really need to fix that station ;-).
You could definitely see that Dan Keller made his mark on the park. The "Safety Guide" signs, the pink and orange boomerang, and the other brightly colored rides and attractions throughout the park. But hey, I still had fun :)

I went to WOF once in 1977. It was so long ago that it could hardly be considered the same park now.
Hey Teenie, I live in Omaha, Nebraska:-/. That is weird though, not many people live down here. Even though it would seem like i live a long ways away from WOF, i actually dont. Did you work on the wicked twister?
Brett, hints my name at the bottom "Wicked Twister Crew 2002" yes i worked on the wicked twister. I live in a small town called Polo. I loved my baby, shes the best and we had an awsome crew, i've made some other posts under the "Wicked Twister" post/room thing. It'll give you more of an idea. Hope to hear from you :)
