Evel Knievel Movie

Tonight on TNT was the Evel Knievel movie. As a little background: In the 70's, Evel attemted to jump Snake River Canyon and failed. After bad press he decided to show them up by jumping 14 busses in Kings Island Ohio (that's what the subtitle said anyway) This was back in the 70's.

The movie showed a theme park behind the football stadium (I'm assuming it was high school field). The first thing that jumped to my eye was the presence of Mantis. Then I also noticed Millenium Force, Gemini, Corkscrew and even Iron Dragon shown in parts of the film. I thought this was interesting considering the shot was supposed to be a couple hundred miles and 30 years away from some of those rides.

Anyway, just thought I'd see if maybe I was seeing things, or if they actually showed CP in the movie.

Man, I heard the ads for this movie, if I knew CP would be in it, kinda, then I would have watched. Isn't it a 3 night movie? Highly doubt CP will be shown again.

It will be shown again, it's on tomorrow at 9 and then sunday at 8.

The reason I know it will be shown is because it was part of the film, edited into the background of the shot.

It was kinda weird, especially seeing MF in there since that's WAY after the stunt took place

You know you are right. I saw the movie both days and I noticed that there were a lot of familier rides.
