Has anyone used this? What are you opinions on this?

What is this?

Promoter of fog.

You get an email right before your hotel reservation. It gives you a list of room upgrades for different prices and early check in or late check out. A 2:00 check out is $55.

I haven't used it, but my immediate thought is that it's a way for the resort to upgrade guests to rooms that aren't sold, or offer late check out times and make a little more money. It's smart, because those guests have already paid in full so a little more on arrival may be doable as well as convenient.

So, it's a needs-based option. Why not?

I used it last year, early May. Our room was in Bon-Air section, possibly 3rd floor(steps). The up-grade offered was a 1st level room for just $4 more, which I gladly accepted. So far the only offer I been presented with(this year @ Hotel Breakers) has been a lake view room (East tower)for and additional $30. We declined that, taking a risk. I was VERY happy with my view of the park.

Keep passing the fun along!

We did the 3pm late check out for $50. It was nice to be able to wake up and not feel rushed to pack the car up and checkout. We went in the park and water park before checking out at 3pm. We felt it was worth the cost.

For my stay earlier this month I was offered early check-in for $37. I might have taken it if I had planned to be there earlier. I have another stay toward the end of August...We'll what kind of offer I get then.
