Why did TTD shut down early Sunday night?
I rode it earlier in the day, and it seemed to be running efficiently (that's always a sure sign something's about to go wrong).
I checked it out early in the evening and it was obviously down for good -- at least as far as 2004 was concerned. And this situation seemed to create more rider demand for MF at the end of the evening.
Would someone please enlighten me?

It was probably the ride crew, they realized people were catching on to their inflation of the wait times towards the end of a day, so they figured they'd "make" a breakdown in order to go home early. ;)
I somehow doubt that but I think/hope you were kidding anyway.
Dragster had a pretty good season in my eyes...
Just to poke a little fun... the red train was the last train to run the course this year, and my girlfriend and I were sitting front seat.
I walked onto the ride after here, and we were evacuated in the exit area after our ride, when the ride was closed, and I guess done for the season.
We were sitting there for a good 15-20 minutes before they came by with the battery pack to manually release the lapbars. They evacuated the train from the rear to the front. My GF got off, then me.
*rubs it in a little*
My GF and I were the last people to ride front seat on dragster, and I was the last to leave a dragster train for the 2004 season. Her and I managed to get 2 rides in on Dragster that day, among everything else. What timing! *** Edited 11/3/2004 8:37:06 PM UTC by MForce411***
