Employee / Past Employee Buttons

I think it would be nice for the employees to have a place where in their profile, they can show mini-badges [Possibly 32x32] of the years they worked at CP and what department.

So, for every year since about 1965 [In case we have some older past employees], you should have a dropdown box with all the departments. If you select a department for a year, it will show up on your profile. If you don't touch it, nothing happens.

Are you kidding? That's a lot of work for the 10% of members that post five months out of the year.
