Another way to hang the banners is to use those picture hanging sticky things. You know, the ones that do no damage to the wall. Just use the sticky things and not the hooks. Stick them on the back of the fabric (one on each side at the top, middle, bottom, etc), and stick it to the wall. That's how mine is hung, and has been that way since Coastermania with no problems.
Youre talking about poster puddy right? I use it on my posters and I dont know what the deal is with it but every time I tighten the ends (where I placed the puddy) they always ends up slacking.

No, Adam, I'm not. 3M makes these hooks that you use to hang things on walls. What I'm saying is you buy the pack with the hooks, and you don't use the hook and just use the sticky stuff.

Those look great! I have about 20 posters but only 4 or so hanging because I don't have a good way of doing it. Tell me though, do those strips come off the back of the poster nicely?
We'll miss you MrScott and Pete

Or you could just buy the double sided tape 3M makes. ;) It's probably cheaper.
In my experience, the double sided tape does not come off the wall as easy as the hook sticky stuff. I've damaged a wall with the double sided tape in a dorm room because it's not supposed to stick and it did. Just my observations.

Or you could just buy the pack of pull tabs that doesn't come with hooks. I use those on just about everything.

That is one of the most ironic things I've read in a long time. Personally, I purchase tape because it does stick, and I usually get rid of and don't purchase tapes that don't stick.
I ruined a couple posters my freshman year in college by using that putty stuff to hold them up. At work I use thumbtacks, and at home I plan on getting frames to put my park maps into.

^^It's even more "wow" when you find out that when I get it, I'll be paying $20 to have it shipped only 20 miles.:)
