Dress code, are boys allowed to wear bathing suits?

Just curious if boys are permitted to wear swim shorts and rash guards in the park. I saw the dress code posted online and it said bathing suits need to be covered up but not sure if that applies to boys swim attire? My 7 year old and I plan on riding water rides at CP and then will head to Soak City so it would be nice if he could just wear the swim trunks all day.

It's not uncommon to see boys and men of all ages walking around the park in swimsuit. As long as it is of the 'shorts' variety (not a speedo), and he is wearing a shirt and shoes, he should be quite alright in the park.

My son wears surfer trunks through the park often, never been a problem.
