For the last year ive had the same dream probably about 5 times. And its probably because i havent ridden ttd yet. Im in the dream and its and some park (no clue what park just my imagination) and its ttd. No line for waiting. Walk up and get on. Then the train launches without me even strapped in. We fly over the crest and I come out and end up splashing into a lake. (Again not lake erie or any lake in particular just a body of water). Its wierd because I have the exact same dream every time. Everything happens exactly the same.
Why does no one have good dreams.
But ok i have one I always have dreams that when im going up the hill I check my lapbap {which yes i do everytime im on a ride} and it always comes up and im holding on to the lapbar for the whole ride and im flying out of my seat {so im upside down} and then i always wake up .
Goodbye 2005 season!!!!
I had a dream that I was in the back seat of Blue Streak, but Blue Streak was this huge wooden roller coaster much like Mean Streak, and as we pulled out of the station the back of the seat broke and i was just kinda hanging off the back of the train and all of the ride ops just looked at me and waved, it was a fun ride!
We'll miss you MrScott and Pete

That is why you don't sit in the back seat in your dreams.

I have had a strange dream where I was riding Magnum. When the train is going down the second hill, the track is deviated from the rest of the ride and is aimed out over the lake. The train jumps off the end of the track and starts gliding over the lake, like a boat. Oddly enough, no one on the train including myself is freaking out. We all think it is part of the ride. The train is spinning around and after about 1000 feet of gliding, the back end of the train starts going up a piece of track right in the lake. We are going up for awhile, then when we lose momentum, we go forward down that piece of track and glide over the lake again. Soon before we would ride up onto the beach, the train is on the brake run, like a jump cut in a movie. That is the end of it.
I love lamp.
Alright, go figure but I just had a dream about the Demon Drop last night. The ride was a cross between Disney's Tower of Terror ride and DD only 3 times as tall and 3 times the freefall length. You stood up in car with no restraints in anyway, you had to lean or hold onto the wall. I just remember all of us screaming and our hair standing straight up, like the old DD commercial.

From my blog in Nov. 2002
"So I just woke up from a really strange dream, and I'm going to write it down in here. I was working at Cedar Point again, but instead of working on Raptor, I was working on Iron Dragon, only it had the same station as X-Flight at SFWOA. However the one side of the station was a transfer track, and the people waited between the two (I'm not sure how that would work since the transfer track would completely obliterate the people in line). In the typical fashion of dreams this changed as the dream progressed. The station kept it's appearance, but another station (unload station) appeared behind the original, and a new section of transfer track also appeared (the other one didnt' get used at all in my dream). For some reason I was removing the back car's upstops (in my dream it had something to do with the safety dog working correctly), but the upstops weren't the normal 1 foot diameter wheels. Instead they were about the size of a nickel or a dime. I'm not too sure how a wheel that small would keep it on the track, but in my dream it was all necessary.
People I knew from Cedar Point were working with me, and I had worked with them all at some point, but not on the same crew. So in my dream, it was the end of the night and for some reason we had to ride before closing (I wish). But the trains were currently off the track (don't ask me how that happened). So I was out at the transfer table transferring the first one on. As soon as it was in place, we had to quick get in, and they would dispatch it. The thing is I had like 4 or 5 upstops in my hand (because they were tiny in my dream) and I couldn't get them in my pocket before riding. I was scared ****less in the dream that I was going to drop them during the ride and get fired (since the ride wouldn't work safely without them).
So the train gets back, and I transfer the next on. But this time the transfer track flips around while I'm transerring. So now, the trains are facing backwards. I think this is way cool and make sure to ride again. I hand off the upstops (which have now become coins) to a crew member and hop in. I can't even pull my harness down before they dispatch (which would never happen in real life, safety first). Somehow, friends from Arizona are sitting with me. As we are riding backwards, which suddenly makes the very tame Iron Dragon into a scary ride, Cass says "No wonder everyone thinks this is the most boring ride here." Iron Dragon suddenly had loops this time as well.
So we get back to the station, and I'm looking for the crew member to get the pills back (the coins became pills, don't ask me why). Luckily he already is talking to the people who lost them on the ride (when did this occur?). He finds them in his pocket, and gives them to the guy, but they are no longer white circular pills like I was imagining them, but rather Viagra pills, blue and diamond shaped. They had like 10 of them. And I was left wondering why you would need 10 Viagra for a day at the amusement park.
This is where I woke up. And since I usually remember nothing about dreams, I had to come write it down before I forgot. "
