Dragster should be back open this weekend

The gear from Intamin got to the park about a week and a half ago. They've been saying Saturday the 8th for weeks.

if this is true..... YESSSSSSSSS!!!!!! My first trip to CP in a while, and my last trip of 05, and I go for 2 days!! Sweeeeeettttt

I plan to go in 2008 also! Yay! LOL. Anyway I know Cedar Point is trying their hardest to have it running again.

If you work at CP youre not supposed to post messages here?

It isn't the smartest thing to do. The company monitors these boards. If you happen to release information, talk about dates, or anything that the general public is not supposed to know about, you're probabily going to be fired or given a warning I suppose.

You mean like if you let out a rumor that TTD is going to be open, word spreads, people come to park b/c of rumor, then get mad b/c the person was wrong or had partial info.

Yeah, I can see how that could be bad for that person.

Lets just hope they can clean up all the hydrualic oil thats been leaking into the lagoon all season too.

It better be open. I havent been since July and im really looking forward to riding it again....the gale force winds....the 120mph speed....the fateful "Keep arms down, head back, and hold on" recording....:)

They just updated the cp website, and it says TTD will be in operation!!!! Very nice!!!! Thank god, considering I'm coming from Chicago. By the way I'm Kyle, glad I could bring good news on my first post!
