It has been 3 weeks. TTD still is not running at the intervals that it should be, even at the intervals it needs with 5 trains. Everyday, not all 5 trains are running. Some trains seem to be stuck at the exit platform, the tires cannot seem to move the train, and this causes delays, why has this not been looked at? The lights on the tower have not been installed to date. Why? The tires were removed, a great part of the theming. Why? Again, capacity still seems to be an issue, is the crew still training? I'm not overly happy at the operation of the ride, and while the ride itself is great, these issues should have been worked out by now.

All of your questions are good ones, and I too would like to know the answers - but lets face it - all of these issues are unique to the ride, and probably were not anticipated. The construction company had a tough winter - so these minor bugs still have to be resolved. Six trains on 2,800 feet of track is a lot. I would love to know what happened to train 6, but I am sure its absense is causing timing issues.
Patience is a virtue, and I certainly would love to see an update from Monty.

This is the first ride of its kind in the world, and I know they've already had Xcelerator, but TTD is on a different scale. It has been three weeks already, yes, but we shouldn't be worried. It just takes time to this kind of ride going. Yeah, there having some unforeseen difficulties with it, but again, don't sweat it. I'd maybe start to worry a little bit if it's still like this after Coastermania, but just remember, if this ride would have been at any other park, it would probably still not be opened.
As Dave said, the summer really starts the day after CoasterMania...everything before is practice.

How can you complain about the tower lights? Its scenery, and it was a las minute addition as was most of the "bonus" scenery they put in. It was stated in the Diaries that a lot of the theming that they put in was still day to day and would be added at the last minute.
Have a little faith in CP, they'll have it running their world class way in no time ;-)

Dragster has hundreds of switches and has to move trains in a manner more complex than any other ride at the park. In fact, the only ride more complex in train movement that I can think of anywhere would be California Screamin' at DCA.
Tell me, Neo, how many theme parks have you operated? What do you know about opening such a ride? What's your experience that makes you an expert? You're entitled to your opinion, and I don't doubt the park would love to have things perfect yesterday, but it hasn't happened.
Give it a rest... the ride has been "done" for barely two weeks, and we don't need a hundred topics from the same tired complaints.
