Dragster closed again Sat. night!

I just left Cedar Point and finally got to ride Top Thrill Dragster today after waiting for so long. It opened around 12 PM and I got in line and only had to wait an hour before I got to get on the platform. It had mechanical problems for twenty minutes when I was at the station, but it still opened again.

As I was going to get in line for Top Thrill Dragster before they closed down the line at 11PM, they closed it down again. It was on and off all day today but it didn't look like they were working on it when I was trying to find somebody. The people were all out of line and it wasn't running for the remainder of the night. So hopefully it opens back up tomorrow, but I got my first ride. :-D

Did they give front of the line passes for everyone in line or just the people at the station?

Looks like more extended downtime. The letter on the website said earlier today that Dragster was open, but now it says it's closed again. I'm taking someone tomorrow who won't go if it's closed, so this is a little inconvienient, but I'm sure the park is working hard to get it back up.

With the websites, I do think that they are updating it, just not immediately.

"Front of the line passes" aka Exit passes are exactly that- You bypass most of the line and enterhe platform through an exit.
