I like there to be a line, but a short line. Like a 1/2 hour for Millenium, 15 minutes fro Raptor. I think it would take away from the experiance if they were all walk-ons.

I'm in the same boat as Ejmcoaster. I do love the roller coasters and want to get all of them in while im there, but I don't mind hitting the smaller rides like Dodgem, Cadillac Cars, etc. While I'm there you wouldn't believe how fast I walk and how little time I alot for breaks, but it's so I can ride everything I want to. I am also a park enthusiast because I just love the atmosphere and taking pictures of EVERYTHING, i took 60 pictures in one day.
We'll miss you MrScott and Pete
When I'm there by myself or with my cousins, I prefer a line because it gives me something to do. However, I've been to a SF with school groups where it rained lightly, just enough to get everyone out of the park except us. Let me tell you, that was some of the most fun I've ever had, we would have races to see who could get off and run to the front of the queue line the fastest, haha.
But at Cedar Point I love conversing with people as we wait in line, it also builds up the anticipation (as some other people have said).
I've never been to CP with a school group, but I'm betting I would like that better if it was no lines.
Oh and P.S. I missed that comment about the ride enthusiast/park enthusiast. I'm definitely a Park enthusiast, I love the atmosphere and riding things like Chaos and going to the arcades and such. But mostly I just love the atmosphere, hearing all the screaming, ladada. *** Edited 6/4/2005 3:36:32 PM UTC by GeeForce***

I would agree. I like light crowds and maybe 10-20 minute lines to build the anticipation. I have never been to Cedar Point and been complaining about light crowds, but at Geauga Lake, they could really use some more people. For some reason it just makes it more fun.
Thrills Around the Corner!
I do get that feeling on racing coasters. Like on Gemini, when there isn't a full train to slaps hands with. ;)
Quote from a Corkscrew ride op, "And Dragster is down again"
I'm never able to go to the park for over 1 day so I feel as if I have to go on everything. But I enjoy the park much more than the rides. I'm more into looking at TTD than riding it, (that helps a lot when it's broken or has a 3+ hour wait).
