Does Kinzel still live in his house on CP drive?

Just curious, is Kinzel still living there or did he sell it?

I thought Kinzels was that red brick house?

According to the Erie County Auditor's website, the Kinzels still own their house, which is the innermost one along that row of houses, where the parking lot juts over toward the beach. The one JuggaLotus referenced looks like it belongs to a guy who owns a number of hotels in Sandusky.

Planning to stop by to throw back some beers and talk about Magnum?

I wonder if he will still be visiting the park regularly. It would be interesting to be a fly on the wall at his house this year. Will there be more "he is ruining it!" or "wish I would have thought of that"

I highly doubt it. He knows how busy they are this time of year. Besides, it would just be awkward. He's probably traveling/vacationing/cruising somewhere. He hasn't been able to take a vacation at this time of year since, well, ever.

I wonder if he has to pay admission when he goes to the park now?

Someone correct me if I'm wrong. But, I thought he was still on the Board of directors.

He is listed as such, yes. I suspect he'd be very lonely at those meetings, because it's not full of the familiar faces he was used to during his tenure.

Isn't he the biggest share holder on the Board? If not, he still has enough voting power to make his presence known, if he so chooses.

And no - he will not be paying to visit.

Unless it's a shareholder initiated issue, voted on my all shareholders, that has nothing to do with what the board decides. When I look at the changes and focus just this year, I suspect it's not even remotely what he would have dictated if he were still in charge.

I'm sure once he's done going on all his vacations he'll start making stops at the park. I'm sure he's interested in what has changed in just one year. Besides, you can never go a summer without a ride on Millennium.

I'm sure he'll check out Luminosity. He genuinely cared for the park so I'm sure he'll be around a little

Out of curiosity, did Kinzel regularly ride big rides like Millenium in his final years?

Yes. There are pictures out there of him riding Millennium and TTD in the last couple of years.

One picture in particular was Kinzel riding front seat with Jeff Gordon. But from what I remember hearing and reading he will stay away from the park. He wants to actually go on vacation during the summer and enjoy himself without having to go to the park. Now he still might visit and take his grandkids..I've seen him in the park walking around in plain clothes with Judy and pushing one of his grandkids in a stroller. But the man is going to live his life the way he wants to live it!

I'm sure he'll stroll around the park from time to time for fun, and probably go unnoticed, as I doubt he'll be rocking a tie and dress pants as he cruises the midways.
